Presence Manager

When a client signs up, they will receive an online presence report within 7 days. This report will include a basic audit of their online presence and their first month’s task. The following task will be sent within one month of their signup date. Each quarter they will receive an online presence audit tracking their progress in addition to their task.

All tasks and presence reports can be viewed at app.hunchmanifest.com.

Presence Director

The following group of tasks will be sent within one month of their signup date and each month thereafter. Each quarter they will receive an online presence audit tracking their progress in addition to their monthly tasks.

All tasks and presence reports can be viewed at app.hunchmanifest.com. Presence Director clients receive up to three tasks per month and more complex online presence tasks.

Presence Accelerator

When a client signs up, they will receive an online presence report within 7 days. This report will include an audit of their online presence.  In the first month, Hunch will develop a six online presence strategy outlining where Hunch will focus to develop the client’s online presence to achieve their desired goal. At the end of the first month, Hunch will setup a 30-45 minute call to review the strategy, get feedback and signoff on the plan. Hunch will execute on the presence strategy for the subsequent 3 months. An online presence report will audit the client’s online presence each quarter. A quarterly review will be setup to review the presence report and provide an updated 6 month strategy. These quarterly reviews will be done over the phone or Google Hangout and be 30-45 minutes in duration.

The strategy, progress on tasks and presence reports can be viewed at app.hunchmanifest.com.  Presence Accelerator clients hire Hunch to do work on their behalf and clients provide necessary account access to accomplish the work on their behalf.  We encourage feedback on tasks we do on your behalf on app.hunchmanifest.com or via email at support@hunchmanifest.com. Tasks assigned to the client can be viewed in app.hunchmanifest.com.

Changes in Presence Strategy require 30 day notice. New tasks move the strategy back 1 (or more) months. Changes in priority of existing strategy tasks can be moved around by the client for tasks that are due in under 30 days.  You can view your strategy at app.hunchmanifest.com. You can request changes to the strategy by emailing support@hunchmanifest.com, by using the chat option on the website or in app.hunchmanifest.com or by calling 1855 44 HUNCH.

Ad hoc Work/Website Update Requests

Client requests that fall outside of your monthly task or Presence Strategy is considered ad hoc work. This includes website updates.  When you make a request for ad hoc work, we add it to your ad hoc services queue.  This work is billed at a flat rate of $100 per hour with a minimum 1 hour work and is prioritized by order of request. Clients should expect 1 – 3 weeks turn around for adhoc work. The VIP package includes 4 hours of ad hoc work per month.

Cancellation of Service

Cancel your service by contacting support@hunchmanifest.com or calling +1 855-44-HUNCH. You service will be cancelled prior to the next month’s billing date.
