Martha van Berkel

Martha van Berkel is a co-founder and leads Customer Engagement at Hunch Manifest. Mrs. van Berkel  accelerates strategy into action through collaborative,creative and transparent leadership. She is a dynamic innovator with proven intrepreneurial success. As a Senior Manager for the Cisco head office she manages Cisco’s global online support troubleshooting tools, develops Cisco’s Support externalized web services and mobile strategy, and leads the Support website’s business strategy. She has won numerous corporate awards and in 2012 she was selected among 40 Senior Managers and Directors for the Intensive Leadership Program for leaders with highest potential. In 2012 she has presented at Mashery’s Business of API Conference in San Francisco and New York City sharing how to get large enterprise companies to embrace and start APIs as part of their business.

Mrs. van Berkel has a degree in Applied Mathematics and Mechanical Engineering from Queen’s University and an Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from MIT. She is an active leader in the community, most recently as founder and chair of the Queen’s Young Engineering Alumni in Toronto (Qyea!).
