Mark van Berkel, President of Hunch Manifest, is an entrepreneur with 10 years of experience architecting and managing the delivery of multinational enterprise software programmes. In his consulting career he has worked on many long term engagements with companies including Panasonic, Shell, Manulife Financial, Alcatel-Lucent, Schering-Plough (Merck), General Electric as well as government clients. His technology experience ranges from custom software development, mobile technology, data warehousing, enterprise applications (SAP HR, Financials, CRM, Sales & Distribution, Supply Chain), to ontologies and semantic web technologies. Underlying all this is a passion for fresh thinking and pragmatic use of technology to create new value.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Information Systems from the the Gerald Schwartz School of Business at St Francis Xavier University, a Master of Engineering, Industrial Information Engineering from the University of Toronto. He recently completed a Master of Business Administration from the Rotman School of Management with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Innovation Strategy.
